I\u2019m not sure about this, but I fancy Dick Turnip might\u2019ve been fairly local. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"567\" height=\"364\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/img_2934-1.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-10161\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/img_2934-1.jpg 567w, http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/img_2934-1-300x193.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">The local gibbet, in yesteryear.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And not far away, lay Caxton Gibbet, where such rogues might wind up, dancing the Tyburn Jig, for the entertainment and edification of locals and passers by!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"543\" height=\"639\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/img_2933-1.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-10162\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/img_2933-1.jpg 543w, http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/img_2933-1-255x300.jpg 255w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 543px) 100vw, 543px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">And more recently.*<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Teresa and I looked at a property on this fab country road. I can\u2019t recall now if it was a rental, or sale?
