A very beautiful town and surrounding area. A couple of my packages were for someone at Rennet &amp; Rind (view their website <a href=\"https:\/\/rennetandrind.co.uk\">here<\/a>), purveyors of bespoke cheeses!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being a cheese nut, I had to sample their wares. And I wound up buying small taster portions of Lincolnshire Poacher and Montgomery Cheddar. Maybe some quince jelly? Etc. But today, for lunch, we skimmed it, with cheese on supermarket white bread toast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, like Sting\u2019s Englishman In New York, \u2018I like my toast done on one side\u2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rennet &amp; Rind take cheese seriously. They describe themselves as \u2018cheese pioneers\u2019, and there\u2019s an \u2018academy of cheese\u2019 link on their website.
