Intriguing tower.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

As I drove through Terrington St. Clement earlier today, this handsome building, with its unusual square tower, caught my eye. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sadly time didn\u2019t allow for attempts to get in closer for a better view. Allus could do was zoom in a bit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The position, on a bend in the road, with no footpaths, didn\u2019t help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tried parking round the corner. But the view is even more distant and and obscured from this other position. Lovely building though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almshouses.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A little later I was in King Lynn. And managed to snap these rather pretty little almshouses. I\u2019ve passed them many times. And always wanted to get a snap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The little coats of arms things show, left to right, a bees nest, the names of the folk who paid for the almshouses, and the years they were built. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
