Just not gotten round to it yet! I\u2019m a big fan of the movie <em>It Happened Here<\/em>, by the same precocious directorial team of Brownlow and Mollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN, Christopher Hill, 1975<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"612\" height=\"1000\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_8190-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22116\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_8190-1.jpg 612w, http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/img_8190-1-184x300.jpg 184w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I bought this for \u00a32 today, at St Mary\u2019s Bookshop, in Stamford (in preference to paying \u00a35 for <em>By The Sword Divided<\/em>!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the book and the Winstanley film came out in 1975. Coincidence? Or perhaps there\u2019s a connection?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway\u2026 I intend to watch the film, ASAP. And to read the book, as well.
