Despite this Wonder helped his soon to be ex wife record and release her self-titled debut. And, my goodness, it\u2019s an absolute corker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sheer magic of Wonder\u2019s Midas touch &#8211; at this point in his career he\u2019s literally sweating diamonds; <em>Music of My Mind,<\/em> <em>Talking Book<\/em>, etc. &#8211; elevates this collaborative effort to Olympian heights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"316\" height=\"316\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/img_1920-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25351\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/img_1920-1.jpg 316w, http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/img_1920-1-300x300.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/img_1920-1-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/www.sebpalmer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/img_1920-1-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 316px) 100vw, 316px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Good, but not great.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By 1974, the chemistry of their collaboration has changed, as has Stevie Wonder\u2019s own musical vibe. The resulting S<em>tevie Wonder Presents <\/em>album is still very good.
