Once again I\u2019m mining the rich seams of Picasso. In this case a series of Crucifixions, that he had in turn based on Matthias Grunewald\u2019s famous Isenheim Altarpiece<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like having a record of the steps along the way. As sometimes there\u2019s alternative stuff that might be worth pursuing further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m happy with both of these, to some degree. I feel like there are decent threads to be developed. But I\u2019m not so sure I\u2019m quite there yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
